What is AppWizzy?

AppWizzy provides preconfigured VMs for classic hosting, AI coding environments, App Generation, and ready-made software templates.

You do not have to assemble the server, environment, access layer, and application foundation.

You select a template and an eligible machine size. AppWizzy provisions the VM and provides the access methods that the template supports.

What you can host

AppWizzy has these template groups:

  • Classic hosting and runtimes provide a VM or preconfigured software, such as PHP, Python, or WordPress.
  • AI coding environments provide a persistent workspace with preconfigured tools, such as Codex or Hermes.
  • App Generation creates and changes an application from your requirements and data model.
  • Ready-made software templates provide a functional horizontal or industry-specific application that you can customize.

All template groups use the same VM hosting model. Each template defines the installed software and the features that the project supports.

These features can include browser access, Remote Desktop, mobile access, an AI agent, a generated application, or a specific software stack.

What AppWizzy manages

AppWizzy manages the infrastructure that provisions and runs your VM. AppWizzy also provides:

  • VM provisioning and lifecycle controls.
  • active disk storage.
  • at least one backup of each hosted VM system each day.
  • restoration from a backup.
  • project URLs and supported access methods.
  • SSH access for hosted VMs.
  • optional managed AI through an AppWizzy multi-provider proxy.
  • one AppWizzy credit balance for all charges.

You manage the operating system, packages, applications, accounts, credentials, and data inside your VM. See Security and Shared Responsibility.

How pricing works

AppWizzy charges all services to one AppWizzy credit balance. One credit equals one US dollar. Credits can pay for:

  1. VM hosting in rolling 24-hour hosting periods.
  2. Managed AI usage based on the selected model and usage.
  3. A template license when the selected template has a one-time fee.

A free template has no template license fee. AppWizzy still charges separately for VM hosting and managed AI usage.
